The market is consolidating after a strong rally on Tuesday.On morning at 10:44 am, the Sensex rose 63 points to 25,944 and Nifty gained 22 points to 7749 levels. However, Midcap and Smallcaps are weak.
Healthcare and FMCG stocks rose 1 per cent. Oil & Gas, IT, tech stocks are strong by 0.8 to 0.6 per cent. There is slight edge in auto stocks.
Realty and capital goods stocks broke by 1.5 per cent. Power shares fell 1 percent and consumer durables shares fell 0.5 per cent.Bank and metal stocks are under pressure.
In Nifty, NMDC, BPCL, HCL Tech, HUL, Asian Paints, ITC, TCS, Sun Pharma, Power Grid, Cipla, Wipro, HDFC Bank rose 2.75 to 1 per cent.
Heavyweight share BHEL rolled down 6 per cent.DLF, Bank of Baroda, Hindalco, Tata Power, IDFC, PNB,Coal India fell by 2-1 per cent.
