L & T profit increased by 69.2%

In the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2014 Larsen & Toubro ( L & T) has a profit of Rs 2723.5 crore increased by  69.2 percent. L & T 's net profit in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2013 was Rs 1609.9 crore . L & T also has declared a dividend of Rs. 14.25 per share .

In the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2014 L & T 's sales rose 11 per cent to Rs 20 079 crore .While it was Rs. 18080.4 crore in the same quarter of fiscal year 2013.

Company's Ebitda on yearly basis in January to March quarter is increased from Rs 2,129 to Rs 2,901 crore .The Ebitda margin is increased from 11.8 to 14.4 percent on annual basis in Q4 .

On yearly  basis company's infra business has Ebit margin in Q4 increased from 10.6 to 11.6 percent.The order inflow of company's infra business in the fourth quarter rose 64 percent to Rs. 21,290 crore.

L & T 's power business annual income in the fourth quarter reduced from Rs 2,079 crore to Rs 1473.3 crore from  . On annual basis the Ebit margin of L & T 's power business has increased from 6 percent to 14.1 percent.The Ebit margin of L & T's metallurgic business on annual basis in the fourth quarter is reduced from 19 percent to 17 percent.

Equity benchmarks extended losses with the Sensex falling 200 points down by profit booking in banks, oil & gas, metals and auto stocks after the announcement of Modi's cabinet team. The BSE Midcap and Smallcap fell 1.3 percent each.

In midcap space, HMT , Essar Ports , Essar Oil , Torrent Power and IFCI rose 20 to 12.2 per cent . In Smallcap stocks ITI , Nav Bharat Ventures , AGC Networks , Essar Shipping and National Fertilizers closed by 20 per cent stronger .

Asian Paints: Estimated Profits would be increased by 17%

According to CNBC Awaaz estimation,in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2014 profit of Asian Paints would be 17 percent to Rs 294 crore. While it was Rs. 251.1 crore in the same quarter of year 2013.

The company's sales is estimated to be 15.3 percent to Rs. 3,130 crore in the Q4 year 2014. This data was Rs 2713.7 crore in the same fiscal of year 2013.

According to CNBC Awaaz , it is estimated that TATA STEEL's net profit will be increased by 13 percent to Rs. 1000 crore in the Q4 2014.While it was Rs 884.3 crore in Q4 2013.

Tata Steel's sales in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014 will be estimated to 16.9 percent to Rs 40 520 crore . The company's sales in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2013 was Rs 34650.47 crore .

In midcap space, GSFC, Gujarat Flourochem , Indiabulls Real , Prestige Estate , HDIL rose from 7.5 to 5 per cent . Tata Coffee , Mannapurm Finance , Hatsun auto , Risponsiv end, IIFL Holdings fell 3.5 to 3 per cent .

In Smallcap stocks Warren Tea , BGR Energy , Ganesh Housing , Minda Industries , Ashoka Buildcon moved up 17-10 per cent . Rollatainers , Ramky Infrastructure, Vascon Engg , Sagar Cement broke by 16-4 percent.

After 3 consecutive rallies , today markets seems to be in a relaxed mood .On morning 9:24 am, the Sensex fell 20 points to 23,851 and Nifty gained 5 points at 7113 levels . However , the Midcap and Smallcap stocks are 0.5 percent strong .

In the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2014 , Bank of Baroda profit grows by 12.4 percent to Rs 1157 crore . Bank of Baroda rose by 4.5 per cent .

In midcap , Dewan Housing , Delta Corp , Manapuram Finance , BF Utilities , GMR Infra stocks rose  13-10 percent .

In Smallcap,NCC , Hindustan Construction , Simplex Infrastructure, Sharda Energy moved up 17 to 12.5 per cent .

Heavyweights stocks Cairn India , Hindalco , HDFC Bank , Sun Pharma , Axis Bank , M & M fell by 1:25 to 0:25 percent. There is also weakness in NMDC

In Asian market , Nikkei up nearly 2 percent.Kospi gets 1 percent stronger . Hang Seng rose nearly 0.5 per cent. Taiwan Index and Shanghai Composite are dull .

Due to bullish stock market , rupee strengthened 0.5 percent . The rupee is trading at 59.75 against the U.S. dollar . The rupee had closed at 60.05 on Monday .

Dr.Reddy's : Profit Reduced 15.7%

Dr Reddy's Laboratories net profit in Q4 2014 is reduced by 15.7 percent to Rs.481 crore. While in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2013,its net profit was Rs 571 crore .

In the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2014, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories revenue rose 4.2 percent to Rs 3,481 crore . But it was  Rs. 3340 crore in the same quarter of fiscal year 2013.

In Q4 2014 , company's EBITDA is 794.2 crore. While it was Rs. 929.2 crore in the same quarter of 2013.

Dr Reddy's Laboratories other income has been decreased from Rs 163 crore to Rs 22.6 crore on yearly basis in the fourth quarter.

PNB : Profit 28.7% Reduce

In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014, the Punjab National Bank net profit are up by 28.7 percent to Rs 806 crore . The bank's net profit in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013 was Rs 1130.8 crore .

Punjab National Bank's interest income in Q4 2014 has increased by 6 percent to Rs 4002 crore .While it was Rs. 3779 crore  in the same period 2013.

PNB Bank's gross NPA is increased from 4.96 to 5.25 percent on quarterly basis. The bank's net NPA increased from 2.8 percent to 2.85 per cent . The bank's net interest margin reduced from 3.57 percent to 3.2 percent .

Punjab National Bank's other income has increased from Rs 1176.2 crore to Rs 1,397 crore on quarterly basis . The bank's provision coverage ratio was 59.07 percent on 31 March.

In Asian markets SGX Nifty is at 7130 with a gain of 1.25 per cent . The Nikkei is up 1.6 percent . Kospi 1 percent strong . Taiwan Index , the Hang Seng gained 0.25 per cent . Shanghai Composite is dull .
