- Equity benchmarks remained under pressure in afternoon trading with the Sensex fell by 93.44 points to 26963.97 and the Nifty falling 21.45 points to 8072.65.The BSE Midcap and Smallcap indices gained around a percent.
- Pharma.IT and Metals shares have selling pressure.However Realty Bank , Capital Goods and FMCG have buying trend.
- Currently the 30-share BSE Sensex index fell by 112 points is trading at a level of 26,945 and the NSE 50-share Nifty index is trading at 8068, down 26 points.
Top Losers
Sun Pharma, Coal India, M & M, ONGC, GAIL and Wipro - fell by 3.9 to 1.4 percent.
Top Gainers
IDFC, Bank of Baroda, PNB, HUL, SBI, Bharti Airtel, Axis Bank and L & T - gained 2.7 to 0.4 per cent.
