Today in Indian stock market had a weak start. In early trading it shows selling pressure.Sensex dropped 185 points and Nifty rolled down to 7515 levels. Midcap and Smallcap stocks also lost the edge.
At 10:25 am, the Sensex fell 128 points to 25,186 and Nifty at 7535, down 34 points. Midcap and Smallcap stocks are looks sluggish.
Oil and gas shares broke by 3 percent. Realty shares fell nearly 1 per cent. FMCG and IT stocks are under pressure. Healthcare, banking, metal, techno, Power shares are dull.
However, capital goods stocks rose 1 percent. Auto shares up by 0.4 per cent and Consumer durables are 0.2 percent strong.
In Nifty, ONGC rolled down by 5.5 per cent. BPCL 3.5 and Reliance Industries 2.7 percent broke. GAIL, HUL, HDFC, UltraTech Cement, Jindal Steel fell 1.5 to 1 per cent.
Heavyweights stocks NMDC, BHEL, L & T, HCL Tech, Dr Reddy's, Bajaj Auto, Tech Mahindra, Wipro are strong by 1.7 to 0.75 per cent.
