Indian stock market ended this july series with a weakness.However, Nifty managed to stay above 7700. Today in early trade,the market was flat, but after that in afternoon due to selling pressure Sensex and Nifty slipped down by 1 percent. There was a boom in the mid-cap stocks have vanished, too.

Heavyweights stock NTPC 3.2 per cent, HCL Tech 2.7 per cent ,IDFC 2.6 per cent,Axis Bank 2.5 per cent,Asian Paints 2.4 per cent,Mahindra & Mahindra 1.7 per cent,Tata Power 1.7 per cent and HDFC fell 1.6 per cent. Although Cipla rose 1.9 per cent,Tata steel 1.6 per cent,BPCL 1.2 per cent,Lipin 0.7 per cent,GAIL 0.7 per cent and Coal India gained 0.5 per cent.
In midcap stocks Delta Corp , IRB Infra, eClerx Services, Aurobindo Pharma and Pipavav Defence climbd up most by 9.8 to 4.4 per cent. However Bajaj Electric, Arvind, Max India, Sun Pharma Advanced and BASF fell 2.8 per cent weaker.
