Before budget market seems to be volatile today. Sensex down 137 points to 25,445 and Nifty fell 38 points to close at 7585. Midcap and Smallcap stocks broke by 1.5-2 per cent.
Auto shares declined 2.5 per cent. Power, Realty, Healthcare, Capital Goods, IT, tech stocks fell 1.7 to 1.2 per cent. Metal and bank shares fell 0.5 per cent. FMCG, Oil & gas and consumer durables strong by 1 to 0.5 per cent.
In Auto Apollo Tyres rolled down to 7.6 per cent. Ashok Leyland, Amtek Auto, Bharat Forge, Tata Motors, Amara Batteries, Bajaj Auto, Maruti Suzuki, M & M, Bosch broken by 6-2 per cent.
In Power stocks Crompton Greaves, Reliance Power, Adani Power, JP Power, Siemens, JSW Energy, Tata Power, NTPC declined by about 5.5 to 2 per cent
In Healthcare shares Cadila Healthcare, Lupin, Divi's Lab, Cipla, Dr Reddy's, Piramal Healthcare broke 4-1 per cent.
In IT stocks KPIT Tech broke 3.5 per cent.Hexaware, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Infosys fell from 2.7 to 1 per cent.
Railroad stocks fell today Teksrel rolled to 20 per cent. Kalindi Rail, Titagarh Wagons, BEML 5 percent broken.
In FMCG Rasoya proteins rose more than 7 per cent. Jubilant food, ITC, Dabur, HUL have 2.25 to 0.5 per cent growth.
In Oil and gas HPCL gained 4 percent. Indian Oil, ONGC, BPCL rose from 2.5 to 2 per cent.
International Market

International Market
- European markets seems to have downward trends.FTSE fell 0.6 per cent. CAC and DAX also have weakness.
- In Asian markets, Shanghai Composite broke by 1.25 percent and the Hang Seng by 1.5 per cent. Straits Times fell 0.25 per cent.

- Reliance Power Ltd is a 'SELL' call with a target of Rs 91 and a stop loss of Rs 102
