After having a good start now market shows selling pressure.On morning at 10:35 am , the Sensex fell 32 points to 24,518 and Nifty at 7311 , down 7 points . Midcap and Smallcap stocks rose 0.25 to 1 per cent .
Metal shares broke by nearly 1.5 per cent . Realty, auto , Oil & Gas , Power shares fell 1 to 0.5 per cent . FMCG stocks are weak . Bank , consumer durables, healthcare stocks are sluggish . However , IT and tech stocks are strong nearly 1 per cent .
In Nifty stocks , Jindal Steel , Coal India , BPCL , NTPC , DLF , M & M , Power Grid , Bajaj Auto , Asian Paints , PNB , Tata Steel , Tata Power , GAIL , Hindalco, Sesa Sterlite fell from 2.7 to 1.5 per cent .
Heavyweights stock Ambuja Cements has gained 3 percent.BHEL , ACC , HCL Tech , Ultratech Cement , Hero Honda Motors , L & T , Bharti Airtel , Tech Mahindra have 2.5 to 1 per cent growth.
In midcap Shipping Corp. , ABG Shipyard , Pipavav Defence , Bombay Dyeing , Vaibhav global rose from 12.7 to 4.5 per cent . While Jet Airways , Triveni Turbine , IIFL Holdings , AIA Engineering , Hatsun Auto fell from 7 to 3.75 per cent .
