Today after opening , market made several records.In the early trading, Nifty made a new high life record of 6975.7 .The Sensex 23410 also created a new record level . Bank Nifty peaked at 14138 .
Not only market , rupee also made a strong move.It rose at the level of 59.51 against American dollar, which is highest in the 9 months.
Banks and oil & gas stocks surged 2 percent . Capital goods , power , realty , metal, FMCG stocks rose 2-1 per cent . However , IT and tech stocks have fallen because of the strong rupee . Healthcare and consumer durables stocks are under pressure .
In Nifty stocks Coal India , SBI , HDFC Bank , BHEL , Axis Bank , IndusInd Bank , HDFC , Reliance Industries , Bharti Airtel , Gail , UltraTech Cement , L & T , Grasim , ONGC , Tata Motors rose nearly 3.5 to 2 per cent .
Big stocks like Wipro , HCL Tech , Hindalco , United Spirits , Sun Pharma , Cipla fell by 1.7 to 1 per cent .
