In bank shares , Yes Bank moved up 8 percent . ICICI Bank , Bank of India , HDFC Bank , Canara Bank , IndusInd Bank , PNB , Kotak Mahindra Bank rose 5.3 per cent .
Ambuja Cements , IDFC , Hindalco , UltraTech Cement , Tata Power , ACC , Coal India , Tata Steel , BPCL , HDFC Bank , HDFC , DLF , Grasim surged 6.5 to 4 percent .
