Today Market have started with a bang . Sensex opened at 23730 and Nifty 7080. In the early minutes trading Nifty crossed the 7100 level . However, the sensex reached close to 24,000 .
Now the market has come a little bit down.At 9:20 am , the Sensex gained 217 points to 23,768 and Nifty gained 67 points at 7082 levels . Midcap and Smallcap stocks growing by 1 per cent .
Oil and gas stocks surged 2 per cent . Power , capital goods , realty shares rose 2 to 1.5 per cent . Consumer durables, auto , tech , IT stocks are strong 0.8 to 0.6 per cent . Bank , FMCG , Healthcare stocks have 0.5 to 0.3 per cent strong .
In Nifty ONGC surge nearly 5 percent and NTPC nearly 3.5 percent.BPCL , BHEL , DLF , L & T , Tata Power , GAIL , Power Grid , M & M , Bharti Airtel , Ambuja Cements rose from 2.5 to 1.5 per cent .
Heavyweights stocks like Coal India , Hindalco , PNB , Axis Bank , United Spirits fell from 1 to 0.2 per cent . Cipla , HUL , NMDC are too weak .
In Asian markets SGX Nifty is at 7130 with a gain of 1.25 per cent . The Nikkei is up 1.6 percent . Kospi 1 percent strong . Taiwan Index , the Hang Seng gained 0.25 per cent . Shanghai Composite is dull .
